The Seoul Metropolitan Government is carrying out ‘’One Test Per Household” campaign to encourage citizens and foreign residents to go to a nearby screening center and get tested for COVID-19 in advance.
The global travel advice will be extended until 15 April 2021.

Norway introduces its strictest entry rules from 29 January 2021
To limit the risk of transmitting the significantly more contagious variant of the coronavirus, the Government is imposing far stricter rules on foreign nationals who seek entry to Norway.

From January 2nd 2021, the government has imposed mandatory testing for Covid-19 for all travellers to Norway.
[Updated entry regulation to Norway] Government introduced registration requirement for all people entering Norway
From 12:00 am on 21 December, all people entering Norway will be required to register their name, contact details, place of quarantine and employer (if applicable) and any other information requested.

As part of our COVID-19 response, from 15 December 2020, the Embassy has made some changes to the opening hours as below.
Covid 19 - travel to Norway
Due to the corona situation, strict rules apply for entry into Norway for citizens from all countries. The main rule is that only foreigners residing in Norway and all Norwegian citizens (regardless of where they live) can enter Norway.
