The Norwegian Government removes all regulatory measures against COVID-19

As of 12 February 2022, there are no longer special requirements for entry into Norway due to the corona situation. The same rules as before the corona pandemic apply.

New Norwegian Defence Attaché to Canada

The Norwegian Embassy in Ottawa welcomes the new Defence Attaché to Canada, Major General Odd-Harald Hagen.

Canadian citizens can enter Norway

As of 26 November 2021, restrictions regarding who can enter Norway due to Covid-19 were lifted, and foreigners who have the right to enter Norway under the Immigration Act may travel to Norway. This means that Canadian citizens can enter Norway.

New Norwegian government

On October 14, there was a change of government in Norway. The new government is a coalition between the Labor Party and the Center Party.
