I anledning Hans Majestet Kong Harald Vs bortgang vil det bli lagt ut en kondolanseprotokoll i ambassadørens residens, Kirchenfeldstrasse 90 i Bern. Protokollen vil være tilgjengelig for signering fra mandag 31. august til onsdag 2. september 2026, mellom kl. 10.00 og 12.00 samt mellom kl. 15.00 og 17.00. De som ønsker å utrykke sin kondolanse er velkommne til å signere protokollen. Det vil også bli lagt ut en egen kondolanseprotokoll i Genève ved Norges faste delegasjon.

Following the passing of His Majesty King Harald V, a book of condolences will be available for signing at the Ambassador's Residence, Kirchenfeldstrasse 90, Bern. The book will be open from Monday, 31 August to Wednesday, 2 September 2026, between 10:00 and 12:00 and again from 15:00 to 17:00. All those who wish to express their condolences are welcome to sign the book. A separate book of condolences in Geneva will also be made available at the Permanent Mission of Norway to the United Nations.
