The Book of Condolence will be open to members of the public at the following times:
- Tuesday 1 September 2026: 10:00–14:00
- Wednesday 2 September 2026: 10:00–14:00
- Thursday 3 September 2026: 10:00–14:00

Please note
Visitors wishing to sign the Book of Condolence are required to present a valid photo ID upon arrival at the Residence.
Memorial gathering for the Norwegian community
The Royal Norwegian Embassy will also host a memorial gathering for the Norwegian community at the Ambassador's Residence on Thursday 3 September 2026 from 16:00 to 18:00.
Those wishing to attend the memorial gathering are kindly requested to register in advance by emailing:
emb.nairobi@mfa.no
Guests attending the memorial gathering are also required to present a valid photo ID upon arrival at the Residence.
Online Book of Condolence
The Royal Court of Norway has also opened an online Book of Condolence for those who wish to leave a message online.
