Children like both pasta and salmon, so a combination of the two will probably be a winner.

Serves 4

600g salmon fillet, without skin and bone

½ leek

½ cauliflower

150g peas, frozen

5dl single cream

Salt, pepper and chives

Cut the salmon into cubes. Cook pasta according to instruction on package. Cut the leek into slices and divide the cauliflower into small florets. Boil the leek, cauliflower and peas in the single cream, and add salt and pepper. Add the salmon and let simmer for 1-2 minutes, until the salmon is cooked.

Serve with pasta. Garnish with chopped chives when the dish is being served.
