Fried salmon with pear salad

This simple everyday dish with fried salmon and pear salad is suitable for the whole family and is quick to cook. That is why it is perfect for a busy day.

Serves 4

700g salmon fillet, without skin and bone
4 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt 

4 pears
2 dl crème fraiche, source cream or yogurt
Salt and pepper 

Cut the salmon into portions. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a small plastic bag. Place the salmon in the bag and turn so the salmon is covered. Shake of the excess flour and fry the salmon in oil, medium heat, approx. 3 minutes on each side.

Grate the pears and stir in the crème fraiche/source cream/yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. 

Serve the salmon with pear salad and boiled potato. Decorate with fresh herbs if you have.
