Book of Condolences

On the mournful occasion of the death of Thorvald Stoltenberg (1931-2018), former Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Defence, the Embassy will open a Book of Condolences. Stoltenberg passed away on Friday 13 July 2018 in Oslo.

From 1993 - 1995, Thorvald Stoltenberg was Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for the former Yugoslavia and UN Co-Chairman of the Steering Committee of the International Conference of the former Yugoslavia.

A book of condolences will be opened at the Norwegian residence in Zagreb, Babonićeva 84, on Tuesday, 17 July 2018, from 13:00 – 15:00 hrs and on Wednesday, 18 July 2018 from 13:30 – 15:00 hrs.
