The applicants must be legal entities in Croatia or Norway and should be social partners, organisations, public authorities or institutions that have a statutory role related to tripartite cooperation or have within their mandate the promotion of decent work or tripartite dialogue.

The overall objective of the Social dialogue - Decent work fund is strengthened tripartite cooperation between employer organisations, trade unions and public authorities. The programme is part of the Norway Grants in Croatia, and is worth almost half a million euros. It will focus on improving social dialogue and cooperation and support achievement of fair and decent working conditions in the country. A call for project proposals under the programme is expected to be published soon. Ahead of that, and after, Croatian organisations can utilize travel grants for establishing the first contact between potential project partners.
