We are pleased to announce that the Royal Norwegian Embassy and the Royal Norwegian Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro now has online registry of applications and booking of appointments for anyone applying for a residence permits to Norway, or Schengen Visas for Norway, Denmark (Greenland), Sweden, Iceland and Finland . On the new Application Portal Norway either the applicant or the reference in Norway can register the application and book appointment online.
You must make an online application and book appointment if you want to apply for a residence permit to Norway, or need a Schengen visa to Norway, Denmark (Greenland), Sweden, Iceland or Finland.
How to get started and what to do?
1. Please register your online application and book appointment at the Application Portal Norway: https://selfservice.udi.no/
2. Please refer to UDI's webpage for detailed information regarding supporting documents to present at the time of your appointment: www.udi.no. Please note that all applicants must provide full supporting documents for their applications. Applicants who fail to provide the necessary supporting documents, will kindly be asked to book a new appointment.
3. After you have submitted the online application, booked your appointment and provided all necassary documents, we will be pleased to welcome you to the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Brasilia or at the Royal Norwegian Consulate in Rio to receive your application and collect your biometric data.
