Belgian citizens do not need a visitor visa or a residence permit in order to enter Norway.
If you are a national of an EU/EEA country or Switzerland, you do not need a residence permit, but you must register with the Norwegian police within three months of your arrival to Norway.
The Norwegian Embassy in Belgium does not handle applications for visas or residence permits. It is the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Hague who is responsible for applications for visas, residence permits, and applications for entry visas for persons that have lost their Norwegian residence card or travel document.
If you do not have permission to travel freely within the Schengen area, but you hold a valid residence permit issued by another Schengen country, you must return to your country of origin and apply for a visa or residence permit at the nearest Norwegian embassy or mission.
