Passports, emergency passports, and other consular services are available by appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled Monday to Thursday between 10:00 and 12:00.
To request an appointment, please send an email to konsulat.brussel@mfa.no and indicate the purpose of your inquiry.
When requesting a passport appointment, please provide:
- Full name
- Expiration date of your current passport
- Norwegian national identity number (11 digits)
We recommend booking well in advance, as the Consulate is typically fully booked approximately two weeks ahead.

Inquiries that cannot wait until the next business day will be handled during the Embassy's opening hours, 09:00 to 16:30. Please call +32 (0) 2 238 73 00 and explain why your matter is urgent.
