The Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development has decided that there is to be held a re-election to the county council in Østfold in Moss municipality. This follows an error in the conduct of the election that the Ministry considers may have had an impact on the election result.
Voters abroad that is in the electoral registry for Moss municipality, can vote to the county council elections in Østfold from 6th of November until 17th of November.
Any foreign diplomatic station can receive votes to the county council election. Contact your closest foreign diplomatic station for more information about opening hours. You can vote by letter mail if you are unable to find a suitable foreign diplomatic station.
In Finland, you can vote in person at the Embassy in Helsinki from Monday 6th of November until Friday 17th of November between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
Please note that the Embassy will be closed on Thursday 16th of November.
