The Norwegian Embassy in Ankara will not announce a call for project proposals in 2023. This means it will neither be a call for small scale cultural grant proposals for Turkey and Azerbaijan, nor a call for program og project proposals for Turkey from our human-right funds. This has to do with the funding situation and the Embassy’s revision of grant strategies. We will keep contact with relevant previous partners.
