Following the passing of His Majesty King Harald V, a Book of Condolences will be made available at the Permanent Mission of Norway to the Council of Europe, 42 rue Schweighaeuser, 67000 Strasbourg, at the following times:
• Monday, 31 August; Tuesday, 1 September; and Friday, 4 September, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
