Visa/residence permit information

The Norwegian Embassy in Ankara, Turkey, is responsible for processing of all applications for visas and residence permits from Serbia and Montenegro, and for residence permits from North-Macedonia.

 

However, visa and immigration related questions should always in the first instance be addressed to VFS Global via e-mail or telephone:

info.norsrb@vfshelpline.com or VFS Helpline +381 11 7357366.

 

Opening hours of VFS Global Belgrade: 09:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday, except holidays.

 

In your request, please mention your full name, date of birth and passport number. If you have already applied, please also submit your reference number.
