Receptionist – Royal Norwegian Embassy, Tehran
The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Tehran invites applications for the position of
Receptionist (full-time). We are seeking a highly motivated and service-minded
individual to join our Embassy team.
Main Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and telephone inquiries,
ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• Support the Embassy’s consular section with routine matters.
• Handle front desk duties, correspondence, and scheduling.
• Provide administrative support across different sections of the
Embassy.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks and financial routines.
• Contribute actively to maintaining efficient teamwork and smooth daily
operations.
Qualifications and Competencies:
• Excellent command of English and Farsi, both oral and written.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to
provide courteous and effective assistance.
• Flexibility, discretion, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with administrative work, customer service, or consular
matters is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial routines is desirable.
• Proficiency in standard office IT systems (Microsoft Office, Outlook,
etc.).
