Diplomatic relations between Norway and Bangladesh were established on 14 April 1972. Norway's embassy is today situated in a modern office building in Gulshan 2. The Embassy is co-located with the Embassies of Denmark Sweden.
The Embassy has three posted diplomats and 12 local staff.
