Movement between the UK and the EU

They must apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK and maintain their rights.

The deadline for applying was 30 June 2021. Eligible applicants may submit a late application. More information is available on the gov.uk website.

Applicants who do not have a valid passport, can apply using the paper application form.

The UK has implemented a new points-based immigration system.

You will need to meet specific requirements in order to work or study in the UK from 1 January 2021. 

You must apply and receive confirmation that you have been successful before you travel to the UK.
