About the Embassy

The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Amman opened in July 1994. The Embassy is located in Abdoun, in the western part of Amman. Due to security reasons the Embassy covers Iraq, as well as Jordan. The Embassy has an office at the Swedish Embassy in Baghdad, however, this office is not permanently staffed by Norwegian personnel.
