2025年大阪万博におけるノルウェー
EXPO2025 大阪・関西万博が4月13日に開幕し、「いのち輝く未来社会のデザイン」というテーマのもと、革新的な展示や文化体験を楽しめる場として来場者を迎えています。ノルウェーは「北欧パビリオン」の一員としてEXPOに参加しています。
北欧パビリオンはノルウェー、デンマーク、フィンランド、アイスランド、スウェーデンの5カ国が共同で出展する展示館で、持続可能なイノベーションと活気ある文化の拠点となっています。リモンド・アーキテクツ（Rimond Architects）設計による1,200㎡の木造建築は、時代を超越した持続可能な考え方を体現しています。北欧パビリオンでは、共同展示「ノルディックサークル」のほか、屋上テラスカフェやギフトショップを楽しむことができます。さらに、パビリオン内に設けられた各種施設を利用して、北欧企業や文化関係者が日本の関係者と交流する機会を提供します。
ノルウェーin大阪
EXPOの期間中ノルウェーは様々なイベントや祝賀行事を予定しています。 5月17日のノルウェー憲法記念日には、ノルウェー国旗と伝統的な民族衣装でパビリオンを彩り、ノルウェーにとって大切な記念日を祝います。子どもたち向けの楽しいアクティビティも計画しています。
6月2日は、2025年大阪関西万博における「ノルウェーデー」で、当日は日本側の主催による公式セレモニーが開催されます。また、文化プログラムではノルウェーの歌手Helene Bøksle（ヘレーネ・ボクスレ）がパフォーマンスを披露します。彼女のパフォーマンスはナショナルデーホールで一般公開され来場者にお楽しみいただけます。
さらに、ノルウェーは万博期間中、様々な北欧イベントに参加し、持続可能なソリューションへの取り組みと、日本および世界との文化交流へのコミットメントを提示します。これらイベントは日本パートナーを対象に招待制で開催します。

Norway at Osaka Expo 2025
The highly anticipated Expo 2025 in Osaka opened on April 13, welcoming visitors to explore innovations and cultural showcases under the theme "Designing Future Society for Our Lives", with Norway proudly participating as part of the Nordic Pavilion.
The Nordic Pavilion, a collaboration between Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, and Sweden, is a hub of sustainable innovation and vibrant culture. The 1,200 m² wooden structure, designed by Rimond Architects, embodies a timeless and sustainable mindset. Visitors can enjoy joint Nordic exhibitions, a roof terrace café, and a souvenir shop. In addition, the pavilion features facilities that will host a range of events, providing opportunities for Nordic businesses and cultural actors to connect with relevant Japanese stakeholders.
Norway in Osaka
Norway's presence at the Expo includes a variety of engaging events and celebrations. On May 17, the pavilion will come alive with Norwegian flags and traditional national costumes to celebrate Norway’s National Day, complete with fun activities for children.
June 2 marks Norway Day at Expo 2025 with a ceremonial official program hosted by the Japanese organizers. The Norwegian singer Helene Bøksle will perform as part of the cultural program. Her performance will be held in the National Hall and is open to all visitors with a valid Expo ticket.
Additionally, Norway will participate in various Nordic events throughout the Expo, showcasing its commitment to sustainable solutions and cultural exchange with Japan and the world. These invitation-only events are aimed at Japanese partners.
