About the Embassy

The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Bucharest was established in 1977. It closed however in 1988, but reopened the summer of 1990. The Embassy covers Romania, the Republic of Moldova and Bulgaria and it is located in an office building in Bucharest's Sector 1. In 2003 the first Norwegian honorary consulate in Romania opened in Constanta at the Black Sea Coast.
