And that if Food Waste was a country, it would be the 3rd largest greenhouse gas emissions emitter, responsible for more than 8% of the global greenhouse gas emissions? To feed 10 billion people by 2050 this needs to change. We need a shift in WHAT we consume. And we need new ways of HOW we produce and consume to increase the crops yields efficiency and to eliminate waste.
