New Multilateral Adviser

We are pleased to welcome Anja W. Bergum to the Norwegian Embassy in The Hague. Anja has taken on the newly created position of multilateral adviser. In her role, she will contribute to representing Norwegian interests in key international institutions such as the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), the International Criminal Court, the International Court of Justice (ICJ), and other multilateral organisations based in The Hague.

Anja, originally from Finnskogen, has been living in the Netherlands for the past few years, during which she worked at the Embassy of Malta in the Netherlands and completed a master’s degree in political science at Universiteit Leiden. Her previous experience also includes internships at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Vilnius and the UNDP Global Policy Centre for Governance in Oslo.
