The Directorate General Growth, Ministry of Finance, acting as the National Focal Point for the EEA and Norway Grants 2021-2028, announces the launch of an open invitation for proposals for funding bilateral initiatives under the Bilateral Fund.
The Bilateral Fund supports initiatives that strengthen cooperation and sustainable partnerships between Cyprus, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through knowledge exchange, expertise sharing and institutional collaboration.
Eligible proposals should focus on one of the following priority areas:
✔ Green Transition and Environment
✔ Gender Equality and Gender-Based Violence
✔ Digitalisation and Cybersecurity
✔ Culture
✔ Institutional Cooperation and Capacity Building
Proposals can be submitted via the following online form with a deadline of 15 September 2026.
