Norway would like to thank the Chair, Italy and especially Japan for their hard work and patience in the work to adopt the decisions on the Asian Conference.
We would like to reiterate our concerns as stated under the adoption of the HDIM decisions, but have, after serious doubts and thorough consideration, found that in the circumstances these procedures can be accepted in this particular instance.
