The Norwegian Embassy in Abu Dhabi is aware of the challenges related to visa applications to Pakistan for Afghan nationals.
In addition to applying from Pakistan, Afghan nationals who can travel to and stay legally in Iran, Saudi Arabia, Qatar or the United Arab Emirates, can choose to apply at the VFS Global applications Centers there.
