In case of a consular emergency outside opening hours, you will have the option to transfer your call to the Foreign Service Response Center in Oslo by calling the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Hanoi (does not apply for visa or residence permits).

Applications for passports and personal numbers (National Identity Number), and requests for legalisations and notarial acts are accepted during the opening hours, by appointment only.
