The Shakers were a Christian sect founded in the 18th century and today there is only one active Shaker village left in the United States. This is the second collection of Shaker-inspired objects. The exhibition will feature a collection of over fifty Shaker-inspired objects by the various international designers, along with the Shaker artifact that inspired them.
