Seafood under the Stars 2019

«Seafood under the Stars» is an annual seafood dinner hosted by the Embassy, the Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce and the Norwegian Seafood Council. This year’s dinner brought together 270 guests in the Ambassador’s residence, and was a great success!

The dinner seeks to promote Norwegian Seafood and tourism to Norway, and serves as a platform for Norwegian companies to nurture their business relations.

 

Award winning Master Chef Markus Dybwad ensured that our guests received the best of cold-water Norwegian seafood. Dybwad has worked at Michelin starred restaurants such as restaurant Bagatelle in Norway, Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck in UK, and Iggys and Equinox in Singapore.
