Seafood under the Stars is organized annually to promote Norwegian Seafood and tourism to Norway. It more specifically serves as a platform for Norwegian companies to nurture their business relations.
Award winning Master Chef Markus Dybwad, had the responsibility of ensuring that our distinguished guests received the best of what can be offered of cold-water seafood. Dybwad has remarkable record of accomplishments from Michelin starred restaurants such as restaurant Bagatelle in Norway, Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck in UK, and Iggys and Equinox in Singapore. He also recently opened a Norwegian seafood bar in Singapore named FiSK, which has received great reviews since its launch in November this year.
