The humanitarian landscape is changing. Armed conflict, climate change and persistent poverty in countries and regions affected by fragility are now creating complex crises that last longer and affect more people than previously. The unmet needs are increasing even though donors are providing more funding and humanitarian organizations are reaching more people than ever before.
