Norwegian evening at EKOTOPFILM

The 44th edition of International Festival of Sustainable Development films, EKOTOPFILM, is taking place in Bratislava and Banská Bystrica on 22-26 May 2017. The visitors of the festival can look forward to more than 20 different films every day, accompanied by discussions, lectures and activities for children. A Norwegian evening at EKOTOPFILM will take place on 25 May.

Programme (Norwegian evening):

18:30-19:00 Screening of film Guilty,me?: Sigbjørn, 24, is fed up by his environmentalist-family who constantly criticizes him for excessive consumption, and decides to see if it is possible to live completely sustainably - and whether it actually helps.

19:00-19:55 Scandinavian approach to sustainability:
- The author of the film Guilty, me?  Sigbjørn Holte will talk about his experiences from filming as well as his attempts to live 100% sustainably. How is he doing today? Is he succeeding in reducing his carbon footprint?
- Tone Bjørndal from The International Federation of Liberal Youth will share her experiences and  news from world climate conferences.

Both Norwegian speakers will present their attitude to sustainability, which originates in Scandinavia.
