The most important updates for travellers to Norway is that the previous entry restrictions, i.e. the duty to complete entry registration and to produce a negative test prior to arrival, have been removed. The earlier requirements for unvaccinated travellers to get tested before arrival, has also been removed.
While in Norway, the following applies:
- Adults with symptoms are recommended to get tested.
- Adults who test positive for COVID-19 are advised to stay home for 4 days.
Singapore's vaccine certificate has been accepted in Norway since 25 November 2021 under the same conditions as the EU Digital Covid Certificate (EUDCC). Note however that a notarisation of the Singaporean Covid-certificate is necessary for it to be compliant for travel within the Schengen Area, and that as per above travellers are advised to consult with their airlines regarding regulations for transit destinations. Read more about it here and here.
