Travel to Singapore - Overview

In the updated Vaccinated Travel Framework, no quarantine or COVID entry tests are required for fully vaccinated travellers travelling from Norway to Singapore.

| COVID-19 / Travel Information

Travellers are advised to follow all the steps in the Checklist for Fully Vaccinated Travellers. This checklist also applies to children aged 12 and below (i.e. born in or after 2010) regardless of vaccination status.

Non-vaccinated short-term visitors aged 13 and above are generally not allowed to enter Singapore. From 1 July 2022, all travellers aged 13 and above, who are either not yet fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or is certified medically ineligible for COVID-19 vaccination, must seek entry approval before arriving in Singapore. More information can be found in the Checklist for Non-Fully Vaccinated Travellers Aged 13 and Above by Year of Birth.

Information for passengers transiting through Changi Airport can be found here.

Applicants who require assistance with their entry arrangements can use the Safe Travel Office enquiry form or call the SafeTravel Enquiries helpline at +65 6812 5555.

Wishing you a safe journey to Singapore!

Entry regulations are subject to sudden changes, and each traveller is responsible for keeping themselves updated and provide the necessary/valid documents.
