Negative COVID-19 test - New border and health control measures for travellers to Singapore

With effect from 17 November, 23:59 hrs, all foreign inbound travellers arriving Singapore from high-risk countries, including Norway, will have to present a negative pre-departure COVID-19 swab test taken within 72 hours before departure from place of disembarkation.

The required negative COVID-19 test applies to travellers who are not Singaporeans or permanent residents (PR).

This new requirement is implemented as an additional health control measure and does not change the Stay-Home Notice (SHN) requirements. Information on measures for travelling to Singapore, transiting through Singapore and departing from Singapore, is available at Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
