The new opportunities presented by technological innovation come with corresponding threats, and law enforcers face huge challenges as criminals increasingly operate in the opaque world of cyber-space.

Last week, Ambassador Endresen visited INTERPOL’s Global Complex for Innovation, a cutting-edge research and development facility, in the Tanglin area of Singapore.

A significant part of INTERPOL's work is to ensure that police and prosecutors find themselves on the winning side in the fight against international crime. Norway supports this effort, among others through secondment of Trygve Aandstad, Head of Section in Kripos, Norway’s National Criminal Investigation Service.
