COVID-19 certificate for use in Norway

Norway is linked to the EU-specific COVID-19 certificate system. As of 14.10.2021 Singapore has not joined the EU Digital COVID Certificate (EUDCC) system and hence the Singaporean COVID-19 vaccination certificate cannot be used in Norway.

Individuals with a Norwegian national identity number or D-number can have their Singaporean COVID-19 vaccination registered in the Norwegian vaccine registry SYSVAK. SYSVAK is linked to the EUDCC system. For information, please see the section about "Post-registration of coronavirus vaccines given outside of Norway" at Helsenorge.no.

Holders of a valid EU digital COVID certificate will be granted entry approval to Norway, read about this here: Valid COVID-19 certificates when entering Norway

For individuals travelling to Norway from Singapore, without being able to register their vaccines in SYSVAK or in any other vaccine registry connected to EUDCC, please be advised about the duty to comply with entry regulations summarised in this article: New travel regulations to Norway from 25 September 2021.

If a Schengen visa is needed to travel to Norway from Singapore, travel is not possible now because the Joint Visa Application Centre is currently not processing visas to Norway due to the strict entry restrictions to Norway.

Most people who live outside the EU/EEA/Schengen (including Singapore) and are not Norwegians, cannot travel to Norway now. Please see information at udi.no for individuals "Residing in a country outside the EU/EEA/Schengen" for information about the entry rules and the exceptions for persons who can enter now.
