Travellers must expect severe disruptions as a result of the ongoing measures to combat the outbreak of Covid-19 in the Philippines.
Land, domestic air, and domestic sea travel to and from the National Capital Region (NCR)/Metro Manila is suspended, but some domestic services may still operate to allow foreign nationals to depart the Philippines. Departing passengers are allowed to transit the NCR by land, provided that proof of a confirmed international travel itinerary scheduled within twelve (12) hours from entry is presented at the checkpoints. Please note that as the situation may change suddenly, you are advised to confirm travel plans with transport operators in advance.
