Norwegian citizens who wish to apply for a passport must first obtain a Norwegian personal number.

Honorary Consulate General Namibia

Norway has a Honorary Consulate General in Namibia. It is located in Windhoek. The Honorary Consul General is Mr Klaus Endresen. Ms Irene Wagner is the Vice Consul General.
