Human Rights-Based Approaches to Violence and Abuse in Indigenous Communities

The event will begin with a presentation of the Norwegian National Human Rights Institution’s recent report on the issue in a Sámi context. This will be followed by a panel discussion with leading Indigenous rights advocates to share experiences and best practices in addressing violence and abuse. The event will be held in English and lunch will be served.
