Tuesday morning 24 April the Norwegian Embassy and LeadWomen Sdn Bhd jointly welcomed to a discussion on “Thriving in Digital Disruption” with Mr. Albern Murty, CEO of Digi. Mr. Albern led a discussion on the opportunities and challenges of digitalization, and the competitive edge it offers - both for companies and for young professionals.
Representatives from LeadWomen’s member base and top management from the Norwegian business community in Malaysia, such as Mr. Hatta Kamaruzzaman CEO Aker Solutions Malaysia added their view in the very keen and lively discussion. Mr. Albern pointed out how diversity and a mix in the work force has help DiGi advance within digitalization and offer new opportunities for leadership amongst its customers and employees.
