8 May, the Royal Norwegian Embassy joined forces with its Nordic colleagues in Kuala Lumpur to host our first joint celebration of the most integrated region in the world, the Nordics. The Nordic Day was a celebration of shared traits and cultural heritage such as openness, equality, good governance, transparency, rule of law, trust and solidarity. The evening was opened with remarks by Y Bhg. Datuk Ramlan Ibrahim followed by a toast by H.E. Ambassador Roset on behalf of the Nordic Ambassadors. On Tuesday 8 May the Embassy together with its Danish, Finnish, Islandic and Swedish colleagues in Kuala Lumpur hosted our first joint celebration of the Nordic region.
