Major Responsibilities
- Receiving and registering applications for visas and residency permits
- Guiding applicants on relevant requirements
- Filing and scanning documents
- Assisting in other administrative duties
Qualifications and Experience required:
- University degree
- Minimum of two (2) years working experience,
- Experience from work in a culturally diverse environment
- Experience in handling visa applications or knowledge of Schengen-regulations is an advantage
- Experience in collecting biometrics is an advantage
Skills and Competence needed:
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Good communication skills
- Ability to understand and apply relevant rules and regulations
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and data protection standards
- High degree of computer literacy and technical skills
- Capacity to work effectively and independently in a work environment with high demands
- Impeccable ethical standing
