Open call for proposals for the Western Balkan

Today Norway is again announcing an open call for proposals for the Western Balkan countries, including Kosovo and Albania.

For many years, Norway has had a strong engagement in the Western Balkans. The object is to promote economic progress, rule of law, stability and reconciliation in the region. The engagement is politically and through project assistance and partnerships. 

Today Norway is again announcing an open call for proposals for the Western Balkan countries, including Kosovo and Albania. Eligible applicants from Kosovo and Albania can apply for project assistance within the defined priority areas. 

In addition to the bilateral funds, Norway will make an open call for proposals for regional projects including two or more countries in the Western Balkans. Eligible applicants from Kosovo and Albania can apply for regional project assistance. You can find the open call here.
