Kommunal- og distriktsdepartementet har kjent fylkestingsvalget i Moss kommune ugyldig, og bestemt at det skal gjennomføres omvalg til fylkestinget i Østfold i Moss kommune. Årsaken er at det ble gjort en feil i valggjennomføringen som kan ha hatt betydning for valgresultatet.
Velgere som er manntallsførte i Moss kommune og som oppholder seg utenriks, kan stemme til fylkestingsvalget i Østfold fra og med 6. november til og med 17. november.
Stemmen kan avlegges ved ambassaden i Nairobi. Ta kontakt på emb.nairobi@mfa om du ønsker å bestille time for å stemme. Dersom du ikke kan oppsøke ambassaden, kan du avlegge brevstemme.

Information about the re-election in Moss municipality
The Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development has decided that there is to be held a re-election to the county council in Østfold in Moss municipality. This follows an error in the conduct of the election that the Ministry considers may have had an impact on the election result.
Voters abroad that is in the electoral registry for Moss municipality, can vote to the county council elections in Østfold from 6th of November until 17th of November.
Any foreign diplomatic station can receive votes to the county council election. Contact the embassy in Nairobi at emb.nairobi@mfa if you wish to vote. You can vote by letter mail if you are unable to find a suitable foreign diplomatic station.
