The Embassy has received information from NAV that this year's Life Certificate (leveattestkontroll) will not be issued, due to COVID-19. Please see below Norwegian and English links for further information.

Per appointment only. Contact us by sending an e-mail to emb.dublin@mfa.no.

Switchboard is open 9:30 - 14:30, as is the offices for general public, but consular appointments will ALWAYS have to be scheduled. We do not accept walk-ins for consular appointments.

Emergency calls after these hours will be re-directed to the Emergency Response Centre in Oslo.
