The role includes the following:
Official driver for Ambassador for all official engagements and for other Embassy staff as required.
Responsibility for maintenance of official vehicle.
Collection and delivery of post; managing dispatch of diplomatic bag; running errands for Embassy as and when requested.
Flag hoisting and maintenance.
Maintenance of Residence, Residence garden and Chancellery.
Photocopying, scanning and other office related assignments.
Excellent proven driving skills and clean driving record essential.
A high level of spoken and written English essential.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
A strong work ethic, drive and commitment to the role.
Discretion is essential.
Excellent professional interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
The position will be part-time and will require out of hours work in evenings and at weekends.
Flexibility is essential.
