Norway well represented at Raisina Dialogue 2021

State Secretary Jens Frølich Holte spoke about Europe's role in the Indo-Pacific region at the annual Raisina Dialogue.

Frølich Holte particularly emphasised how many countries in the Indo-Pacific region share Norway's commitment to strengthening the multilateral system and upholding a rules-based world order. The State Secretary also spoke about Norway's extensive cooperation on Oceans and Blue Economy with countries in the region, such as India, Australia and Indonesia. NATO Secretary General and former Norwegian Prime Minister, Jens Stoltenberg, World Economic Forum President and former Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Børge Brende, and Asle Toje, member of the Norwegian Nobel Committee, also participated in this year's conference.  

The Raisina Dialogue was held virtually 13-16 April. The conference is organized by ORF and the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
