“It is a pleasure for me to greet all Norwegian Muslims with the end of the fast and the celebration of Eid. Ramadan is now over and it is time for reflection and contemplation. It is challenging to carry out Ramadan in a country like Norway, because of the bright summer nights and the long hours between each time you can have a meal. I therefore understand that there are many who look forward to having the fellowship and the gratitude you get when you celebrate Eid after a long fast. This is best celebrated with friends, fellow believers and the family. Allow me to wish you a happy Eid. Eid Mubarak!”
