Salmon is an essential part of the Norwegian cuisine and is regarded as one of the healthiest fish there is. From being an important ingredient on Norwegian dinner tables for centuries, salmon is now experiencing an increase in popularity across the globe. It can be served in various forms, with the two most popular forms being oven-baked or smoked. Recently, India’s largest daily, the Times of India’s food team spent a day at the Embassy exploring some Norwegian salmon dishes, including one that would match Indian summer taste buds perfectly well.
